I have noticed my new truck is very cold natured, and when i start it, shoots a black oil\gasoline like goo out of the tailpipe. also even after it warms up, it will still stall sometimes when changing gear from drive to reverse or R to D.
I am officialy terrified, if it is a cracked engine block i will have to sell my truck, i love it and dont want to but i cant drive it like that.
Could anyone tell me if i am crazy or if i should go get a "for sale" sign...

Dude, even if the worst was to be, and you have a cracked block, it's not the end of the world for you and your truck.
Go to the jy, pull a 302 block, spend the $60.00 to have a machine shop check it out, and build your truck back up. Just don't drive it into the ground and break something else. Find out what's REALLY wrong with your truck before you freak yourself out.

none of those symptoms lead toward a cracked block. cold natured would be carb or efi related, the goo from the exhaust is probably the normal water vapor made during combustion mixed with the black soot lining your exhaust. Same with the stalling, could be lots of things. Does it idle rough?
It idles tolerably well, just high. I am worried about being able to afford a rebuild or replace. With gas going up, up, up it dosent seem like a good idea. If it needs major work i think she might have to sit at the farm untill i get some money together...
I am running a carb, and my oil has a nasty white~yellow paste on the dipstick, wasd changed less than 500 miles ago but is as black as coal. i have a small radiator leak but am loosing way too much antifreeze for that to be the only problem.
It tries to, but it dosent get all the way out, and it has a buildup on the end that is brown and will not come off. Makes it very hard to read.
When I got it the PO had no antifreeze in it at all. Also i have noticed a slight discoloration from the straight green antifreze to a brownish tint.
God i hope not, but deep engine stuff isnt my thing, i prefer body and suspension work.
I had a d150 dodge with a blown head gasket and bad tranny that went to the crusher...
I would check and make sure your PCV valve is working. Pull it out while the engineis running and it should suck on your finger. If that's not working, it will not pull the moisture and contaminates out of the engine, and the engine will will have white looking foam in it, especially if you take short trips with it.
