Clutch issues.
Rebuilt the motor 2 years ago, put a brand new clutch in.
I also replaced the clutch slave cylinder with a brand new one at that time.
About a month ago when the really cold weather hit my clutch lost pressure.
I kept adding brake fluid until it got to where I needed to add it every day.
I replaced the clutch master cylinder 2 days ago because the fluid seemed to be leaking out of it.
Well, it didn't fix it. My pressure is going away quickly again!
Could the line to the slave be leaking? Or could the culprit be the slave?
Looks like I'll be dropping my motor again haha.

5.0= internal slave.
There seems to be a rash of clutch problems every time it gets really cold.
I'd imagine it's that the seals get super stiff and or water in the system freezes.
Then fluid leaks out.
Isn't there an inspection cover you could verify that it's the slave?
Is this a name brand unit, or some cheap gray box rebuild?

Hey, Welcome to the forum cdow19!
Maybe you could go to your user Control Panel and fill in some information like where you're located and exactly what truck you have?
I've tried to add the basics to my signature so that when I ask a question I don't have to add all that to my post.
With as many users as this forum has it makes it a lot easier for everyone.
I hope that you find what information you need on FTE and want to thank you for explaining your experience and solution here in this thread.
