f150 eec maybe bad, help please
Like an idot, I parked a 1991 F150 4x4 for three years. It was running when i parked it. I had to replace the starter, and fuel pump. I can jump out the fuel pump relay and make the fuel pump com on. When i check voltage to the fuel pump relay i only have 10 volts and relay will not click. When i ground the #6 pin on test plug to ground the fuel pump comes on.
The eec relay is closing (clicking) and the 12 volts is getting to the eec.
Does this sound like a bad eec or somthing else>
