Don't have any 92 fenders, the 87-91 are different. I am told the shafts on the 4 speeds are the same as the 5 speeds, but I can get after that to be sure. If so, I could likely come up with something there. Might be the same as the E4OD shafts as well, I can maybe find out that way too, but on all counts will be a little bit to get them measured. Will likely be the weekend before I can do that.

i think the biggest thing on the shafts is that unless i am mistaken that whole case for a manual is shorter than an automatic so the rear shaft for an auto is shorter than a manual and the front shaft will be shorter on a manual then an auto. the t case is the same and am going to use the tcase from my auto on the manual and my next biggest concern is getting the truck to take the manual since the auto is electronically controlled will everything jive up right

What motor do you have? The auto is computer controlled, but on an IDI, the motor is not, so if you are working with the 7.3 IDI, you simply don't use the trans controller, won't affect the motor at all. Power stroke motors are a whole different game.

You won't have to worry about the computer then, you can take it all off without affecting the motor at all.

Got a 94 f350 crew cab ZF 4x4. All I need is the rear driveshaft. Just did a 460 swap, only thing I need to finish it. How far is Marengo from west union Ia? Heard of it not sure where its near.

I don't have any shafts for a crew, only standard cabs. It looks like you have enough posts to go PM on the site here, just have to enable them in your settings. I do have my email in my contact info as well, just move your mouse over my user name, then click the email link in the drop down menu.

If you need a shaft fabbed, Sadler Powertrain in CR can make it for a decent price.

My manager lives in Jesup, about an hour run to CR... I'm 35 miles out of CR.

Do you still have the carrier as well? The rear shaft is the same between extended and crew, the front shaft is the only change. I don't have the 2wd crew here, but it has been modified a bit... I think the rear shaft is about the same as it was before. It got reworked out on the road when the front shaft let a u joint fly, breaking the Gear Vendors mounts, so the GV got taken out and the drive shafts built. I am thinking the rear shaft is still the factory length, but it is hard to say...
