Electrical issue
Just wanted to throw this out there before I go to the Service dept. While in Chilly Florida over the holidays I noticed that when I have the rear defroster on, the drivers side mirror heat element doesnt heat & the turn signal in the mirror doesnt flash (yet the front & rear still flash) .. both issues are on the driver side mirror only.. If I turn off the rear defroster, both the heater & signal work properly.. Odd that its only the drivers side mirror that is acting goofy & also odd that it is connected in any way to the rear window defroster...Any electrical guru's out there want to venture what the problem could be?
Once I get back to my local area (Virginia) I will take it to my home Ford shop as I'll be due for service.
