new here
I have had the truck from new and it has been sitting for the past two years in the back paddock not being used, on the weekend I moved it up to the front and plan on doing a rebuild and convert it to 4WD from 2WD.
I will also be building it up to use for my trip truck into the great Australian outback, I have set a 6 month time frame to get it back on the road.
Most of the parts for the 4WD conversion have been found in wreckers one part I am stuck on is the gearbox and transfer case, I currently have a 5 speed manual and want to keep the manual box. I can get a complete 5 speed and transfer from one wrecker for $3,900AU who said the transfer wont bolt up to my existing box and another has a transcase for $1000au and they say it will bolt up to my box ?
Has anyone put a transcase on to a box out of the 2wd is my question is it possible?
I will post some picks of the build as it goes along.
Cheers

The old Aussie saying of "True Blue" can be the reason but mine is from my best freind " Australian cattle dog" that are known as Blue Cattle dogs or Blue Healers or just a Bluey, they can be Red or Blue's.
