ur truck have 2 tanks or one
if its one tank then u need the 2 port one...
one in one out
gas tank>>>[fuel pump]>>> fuel line to engine
if its 2 tanks then 3 ports
2 in one out
front tank

The pump (FDM) unit will have two fuel lines, a pressure and a return, it does not make any difference if you have one or two tanks.
The Fuel Delivery Modules (FDM) with three are used most of the time on an RV and the third one goes to the generator.
