-8 cold start

it was -8 with a wind chill of -25, and 14 inches of snow on the ground. I did not remember to plug her in .

So went to start her. She cranked for about 10 to 15 seconds. and started, clacked allot, smoke was not to bad. Let her idle for about 10 minutes, and was able to drive away.

So, a 6.0 will start in the cold!!

The coldest I ever started my 6.0 was -2 never used my block heater. Have to use it on my 1989 7.3 and the John Deere needs to be plugged in anything under 20

-8F, that is... -15C... LOL... I laugh at temps like that.

You know it is cold when you feel your nose hairs freeze.
