The only additional electrical load that I have is the horse trailer that is used about 4 times a year.
The Bronco has an aftermarket 4-way plug and the horse trailer has a 7-way round connection. So an adapter is used but not sure it's wired correctly. The fuse blows everytime I hook up the trailer so there's some unsolved mystery there, but it's daytime towing.
Alternator replaced with non-Ford, but it reads 14 amps on the cabin guage.
Curious. I assume the four-wire connector is tied into the taillight harness. Some of the seven-pin equipped trailers have alternate wiring configurations at the connector. I had that problem with a float trailer I pulled in a parade about a year ago. Negative (ground) was tied to the BROWN wire instead of the BLACK and that was in a molded OEM style connector on the trailer.
