Could this truck be a 99 F-250?
1999 f250 ford 4x4 ext.cab

That style is the light duty F250. They also had the F150 in that god awfull style. Then there was also the Super Duty F250 in the 99 MY.
To answere your question Yes. the price seems way high.

You should get that truck for less than $5000.

This is in Canada, so the price is different and the odometer is in km?
For me the K&N filter would make me running away, unless the seller will show good compression test.

I have a K&N on all my modulars without any problems.
It would go for $5-6K around here.
