i'm looking at getting an Ex for my work vehicle. can you fit a 4x8 sheet of plywood inside flat on the floor? is there 4 feet between the rear wheel wells and 8 feet front to back with the rear doors closed?
The rear seat back folds down and also the whole seat unclips and can be rolled out the back. It weighs 70lbs so it is recommended as a two person removal. I think you can roll it forward on top of the middle seats and still fit a 4X8 but others will have to confirm.

i see you have just gotten your Ex recently. are you happy with your decision? i'm coming out of a supercab longbed and think the Ex fits the bill pretty well for a compromise between cargo and passenger use.
going from 7.3 to v10 will be an adjustment but it's the only way i can make it work financially. how does yours run with the miles it has in it?
Yes the third seat mounting is recessed in the floor and to get sheets of plywood in easily you just have to unclip the retainers for the barn doors in the back so they open all the way. I took out my spare tire to get about ten sheets of half inch plywood in but I don't think u have to take it out, the plywood will lay on the second seat folded down. You could probably carry 20-25sheets .
