I found a leak in the center of the lower radiator tank. Nothing major yet. Is it possible to replace just the lower tank or is it time for other measures?
X2 Your going to have to pull it regardless. Price out a new one. If there is a good radiator shop nearby you could take it to them for an evaluation. If its an automatic I would go new.
Plastic, plastic, buy a new all aluminum one, they are much better.
That is what I was thinking. But right now, I am going to have to cheat for a couple months and throw some stop leak at it. Not the best answer I know, but I can not take the rad out, and let it sit for a couple of days because of the brutal cold right now.
