I think her business has done well considering she does no advertising at all and it's mostly all word of mouth, with an occasional walk-in due to it's location that she turns away because it's appointment only, sometimes weeks in advance!

Well it's mostly due to she is the only groomer and she is good, very meticulous when it comes to how the pet looks, and most places just rush them in and out!
