It's a small house but has a 20X44 building out back and sits on a FLAT half acre. Price is very good and I could afford to build a brand new shop!

Talk about downsizing, wow from a large place like you had to 1/2 acre. Where are you going to put all of your treasures?

 

The owners have pretty much agreed with everything, just have to make a formal offer next week. The owners live out of state and just want it gone.....

 

I've got over 500' of 6' sight obscuring cyclone fencing with 2 16' gates to enclose most of my treasures. The wife is going to have a problem tho. The house we live in now is 2,500sf, and this place is only 660sf........

The price is so good I can afford to add on if I need to. Most of my $$$$ will go to building a new shop first, and the wife agrees!

I've got a meeting tomorrow at 8am with the new owners of the old radar site 5 miles out from Condon. I may get one of the old shop buildings to work out of for free for the next couple of years in exchange for doing work on other buildings there.

At least it's not a hundred years old like most of the homes here. It was built in 1955.

The County has all kinds of grants and 0 interest loans right now too. The county is flush with cash because of all the new wind turbines being built around here. We won't even have to pay property taxes because of the money that comes in from Waste Management Host Fees........
