if i remember right you mean pull the instrement panel trim and i seem to remember two relays in there side by side . one is blinker and the other fuel pump? i got the factory manuals two big books (phone book size) and the electric small one from ford when i worked there and in there it says for fuel relay see diagnose manual sold separatly. it doesnt seem to be in any of them
