Need some engine size info

Anyone know what kind of physical size difference there is between a 460 gas and a 7.3 diesel? Looking into a project, I know a 460 will fit in my engine bay hopefully a 7.3 is close.

the 6.9 is 420 ci 7.3 is 445. ci both smaller them the 460

Size wise the diesel is about 5 inches wider and 6 inches taller and about the same length wise.
