Hill Descent!
Had my first chance to play with the "Hill Descent" feature this afternoon (right after getting my Duraflaps installed). I have a quarter mile hill behind me that I know is at a 12% grade, then "levels out" to around 4%.
When I first activated it, I was doing about 10 mph. I could feel a little rumbling up front, sort of like the anti lock brakes being applied. The truck stayed rock solid at 10. I accelerated to 15mph and it held onto it as well.
What was interesting was hitting the 4% grade. It was like "okay, you drive". The truck accelerated above 20 and I got a message that it would reactivate when I was below 20 mph.
