Ford Navigation

The truck I just bought has a regular cd player in it, with sirius sat radio. What all do I have to do to put a Stock Ford Navigation system in the truck? And will I be able to keep the Sirius Sat radio?
Thanks

Ebay is your friend for that. Make shure the nav radio is out of an f150 with the same features as your truck ( steering wheel controls, sat radio , sub ect),, if not, it will not work without having the unit programed. It will be plug and play even with the satelite radio. If u buy where ever make shure it comes with the dvd nav disk. You will also need the satellite antenna and chrysler antenna adapter if your truck is an 04-06. You can also find a guy who programs them on ebay. Some trimming is required around where radio bolts up , again if 04-06, easy with a dremel.
