I am getting a 1984 f250 4X4 this weekend, and it needs a new exhaust. it has a 460 with a edelbrock victor intake, and 750 carb. it has long tube headers, and a manual trans. I want dual exhaust, but I cant seem to find any kits for my specific truck. is there anyone that knows of anywhere I can find one. and what size tubing should I get? thanks for any help
I just went to a local exhaust guy, he punches some stuff into a computer and the
machine custom-bends everything for him (me).
BTW could ya fill out the ret of your profile so we can see where you're from: Hit
User CP in the upper LH corner, then fill out stuff in the LH column.
My 86 has dual back to the muffler from the factory. (non-emissions)
With headers they'll just route the pipes down the passinger side. Its not a problem for any exhaust shop. If you do it yourself, just use two bullet mufflers and make your own tailpipes.
