I have a transmission that I have hooked up to a 302 for my 91 truck. the code on the trans is RF-E9DP-700G with a casting # 26 on it. I am having trouble hooking the linkage up from the shift lever to the trans lever. this trans from the best of my ability is 20 1/4" long with a 10 1/2" tale. the shift lever is 11 3/8" from the front of the trans and the shift lever as it comes out of the trans is 2 1/8" center to center on the holes from where it bolts on the trans to the center of the hole for the linkage rod. is this the right trans for the truck.
