Could I use this wire?
Found this document online....

Could I use the" run IGN" wire that passes through the cab to run my GPS? Does that wire run 12 vlot when the key is on? Or is my thinking way off?

I don't think so. It is a power source, but according to your document..

It appears that the voltage is controlled by the ECM and is available ONLY when your truck is not moving.
