Well not really new to the site, but im a new member. I grew up a Chevy man, got my first (64 C10) at 16 and still have it today. But over the last 5 years I have owned a few Ford trucks and by God Ford makes a good truck. So after trading off my wifes Eddie Bauer Expedition earlier this year I decided to get us back into a Ford Truck. So within the month of Dec. 2010 I have gotten my wife a 2001 F250 SD V10 4x4 and me a 2001 F350 SD 4x4 PSD. We love the trucks and plan on keeping them for a while. Here are a couple pictures of our rides hope you like. My 350 has been a work truck and has 315K miles on it. Luckily my dad owns a body shop and will be making all the necessary repairs to get it looking good once again.

Thanks for the welcome. As for the V10 not sure if it will stay in there. Its got 200K on it now, I am thinking of doing a 12V Cummins swap in it. Ill be looking for a donor truck this spring.

You could always do a 4BT transplant from a step van. Read an article a couple of years ago of where someone "tweaked" one of those little 4-bangers and stuffed it into a '70s Bronco. Think the crazy thing was making 400 hp and would get mid-20 mpg when they were driving it "responsibly". What keeps you from putting one of those in a SD?
