i usually don't ask spark plug questions but it seems to be important decision on this truck. i have an 06. i was watching trucku the other night and they were changing the plugs on a f150 and mention about how the two piece factory plugs come apart when you try to pull them out. they mentioned that the champion plugs 7989 where machined out of a single piece of metal and fixed this problem.
so my questions what do you guys think? is there any other brand that uses a one piece design?
what are the trq specs for the plugs? and what gap? for a 2006
