Good deal?

I'm shopping for a 2011 F250 Fx4. Msrp is 41500, and I do not wanna pay that much for a truck.

I'm asking for it at 35000, could I go lower or is that already to low.

Oh lol sorry forgot the important info.

Crew Cab, with a 6.2. It's got the Fx4 package and remotestart, and really nice rubber mats. Nothing special just a regular SD.

You won't get it for $35,000 if that does not include rebates/incentives (IMHO)!!
