TPMS warning indicator issue

Hi everyone,

during the dealers attempts to solve my hop at 50mph, I believe they put wheels from another truck on my truck. The TPMS sensor has been putting warning messages on my dash everytime I start the truck. Air pressure is 60+ in each tire. The dealer will reset it and it will be fine for a day or two, then the warning will come back on.

is there anything I can do at home to reset it myself?

Yes, check the manual, it will tell you how step by step. While you are doing it, the message center will walk you through it. I was having the same problem for awhile. It took me a couple times to figure out. My truck calls for 65psi front and 80psi rear. Make sure you set your pressures correctly.

Sounds like you need more air in the rear tires. Pump them to 75-80psi and see if the message goes away.
