5x5.5 solid front
is there a solid front axle that will bolt up to a 1980-96 f150 that has the 5x5.5 bolt pattern?
maybe a jeep one? although that would probably be too narrow. or maybe an earlier model ford truck?

oh i know there is on the swap, my main question was is there a solid front with the 5x5.5 bolt pattern i got new mickey thompson rims and if i ever do the solid front swap i would like to keep them cuz i love them rims

all of the fullsize half ton fords and fsb's are a 5x5.5'' lug pattern from beginning of them until they changed the ifs **** to a metric pattern in 05 or wtfe.
so are all the dodge halftons and ramchargers from beginning till... i still think they are
chevy has scattered 5 lug fullsizes, and they too are 5x5.5''.

Ford half tons until '97 taurus on steroids trucks are 5x5.5 you DAN, then they went metric and stuff.
Chebs are 6 lug
You might be close to being right on teh dodge though, but I think even those newer ones went IFS and maybe metric, but idk..
