I have a 95 Ranger w/4.0 (late manf with OBDII), and 240k plus miles and the CEL is on. Codes say P1151,P1131 and P0171, I was told that the two leading O@ were most likely bad, but I am not sure on this one. Anybody got other info?

if the O2 sensors are original I would save they have held up well and probably should be replaced. That being said if the 1151 and 1131 came on basically at around the same time the issue is not the o2 sensors. I would guess a
1) vacuum leak.
2)Check your vacuum line on your fuel pressure regulator. make sure there is no fuel in the line.
3) also you should clean the maf and make sure the pcv valve is working you also should replace the fuel filter as maintenance.........
