Guys,
I've got this mystery Trac-Lok. It's 31 spline and I don't know what it is for. It doesn't have the "squared" off ears on the clutches like the Trac-Lok's I ran in the 8.8 of my drag car. These are rounded and totally covered up by the housing. Please look at the pics. The part numbers are shown in the pics too. Is this even for an 8.8? If I can identify it I'll either sell it or put it in my pickup.
Here's the link. Look in the Trac-Lok folder. I posted this in the differential forum as well.

Thanks in advance,

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 01-14-03 AT 02:38 PM (EST)]I don't think that is for an 8.8. Just from a quick look it looks like a dana 44 trac-lok but the dana's were 30 spline and obviously wouldn't have a ford stamp (or would it?). Sorry I can;t be of more help. Regards
RSH
Yeah,
I posted over there as well. I can't figure this thing out. The first 4 casting numbers make absolutely no sense with any of the ford casting number system. The other ones seem to though.
