Ok, got the plug out a week or so ago, and finally with an extractor tool from Lowes, was able to get the thread repair coil out, yesterday. I have since ordered, the Time-Sert Ford Plug Repair Kit, for a staggering $363, but it's that or new Heads, which I'm not dropping $3K on. Everyone who saw the pic said it was deff running way too lean, so I'm gonna check for vacuum leaks and clean the MAF Sensor as well and then the EGR valve. On top of that I'm gonna pick up a Compression tester, so I can test the cylinder, and a Noid Light to test all the fuel injectors, hopefully I can replace the fuel injectors this summer as well as all the COP's.
Well its good to hear that your sticking with and making it work. I can understand you frustration with all this. Besides all these problems, you can tell you love your truck. Thats a lot of TLC you been giving it. Keep up the good work on loving your truck.

Yeah it has been quite the headache I will say that. Once I get the truck on the road again, gonna swing by my local trans shop, and have them replace the rear axle seals, and transfer case seals as well, just gotta find a day it doesn't snow in NJ to do it. And then I can tackle a new valve cover gasket as well, since my truck is bleeding oil. Summer project is to pull all the fender flares off, which are gray and weld all the clip holes, and debadge it, and weld those holes and get a new paint job, my paint is horrible. Just need to find new window sills all the plastics under the windows are starting to pop off, no idea where to look for those. Thanks for all the help too!!
