RIM RESTORATION

I have a 89 f150 4x4. I'm slowly restoring my truck and I want to make the truck look as original as I can. I decided to work on my rims. The two red lines on the trim rings on the rim are in not so good condition. I tried cleaning them and just painting them but it didn't work. Any tips? Should I just try to find someone that sells them? I also what to do the actual rim. Any help is appreciated!

I redid the front hubs and they turned out great. I just haven't made a ford sticker to put on the center.

i mean you could polish them, and can repaint the painted parts on them. thats the best i can think of other than getting new ones.
