I'm not sure about the rotor and hub being one unit. If it looks like they are then I'd say yes, but at the same time you could have grime and grit making it appear that way. However you should be able to buy just a rotor if they are seperate.

However, if you're looking to save some money and can afford to have the truck inoperable for a day or two, you can take the rotors in to a shop or auto parts store [I know o'reillys offers rotor service but I'm not sure about other stores] to have them turned. O'reilly charges about $10/rotor.

The rotor comes off the hub, with the hub off the spindle laying flat on the ground.

Start a lug nut on each stud until even with the end of the stud, use solid square hammer blows to knock the studs out. Once you have them all out the two pieces with be separate.

Use a lug nut backwards and flat washer/s to draw studs back in place, verify from hub side they are fully drawn into place, head tight against hub flange. A impact is handy for this but a 1/2" drive ratchet and socket will get it too, just slower process!

You may well have a hub and rotor that is all in one. My '88 F-150 does. I remember when I needed to replace one on my '88, I went to NAPA and they came out with a rotor. I told them if mine seperate I sure can't see it. So I went out in the car and brought mine in. They took one look at it and said "oh you got that kind". They immediately knew what to ORDER.
