Cold start
Just recently when i start my 93 Bronco up in the morning to let it warm up since its till cold here, the rpms rev to about 1000 or so and then after 30 secs they dip down to around 400 rpms and then back up and then down again. Then my the engine pretty much stalls out. I have nothing else in my car running except the heater and i just installed a new 95 amp alternator. Any Ideas???

does it start up this way after its been running for awhile. if yes then your fuel filter might need to be changed. When was the last time you had a tune up? before you turn the key completly over do you hear the fuel pump prime?

No my truck hasnt been running at all, this is in the mornings. I turn it on, a minute later the engine is off. I just had a all of liguids in my car replaced and all of the filters replaced. that is all new stuff.

i believe there is an idle air control valve that regulates the amount of air at cold idle speeds. this valve could be dirty or bad . clean or replace and your problem should go away. my wifes 93 areostar did just what you describe and cleaning the iac fixed it right up. good luck. a clogged fuel filter usually doesnt effect idle speed they usually cause lack of power at a higher rpm and load conditions
