I just bought a sixteen foot roll of OEM/International Injector fuel return hose for $12.99 I thought that was a pretty good price from the local IH Dealer.
line is just the start bud. if your return line caps are fine then you will need to replace the O rings under them. there are 2 per injector. they get hard, brittle and split over time. usually the second you spin a cap or move it at all it will start leaking.
Yes, make sure you lube o-rings with petroleum jelly too. Thoroughly inspect each cap to make sure none of them are cracked and are in good health. Take your time and don't take short cuts. If the hoses are not completely on the plastic barbs-it will leak. If cap is moved or played around with once installed-it will leak. If you force o-rings on in rage and nic them-it will leak. If you look at them the wrong way once installed-it will leak.
Not trying to scare ya but they are a pain to get leak free.
I would, one little bump while putting new lines on and you start it up and it leaks. And then you replace the o-rings on that one thats leaking and you bump the other cap and that starts to leak. I put new injectors on about a month ago and I was just fixing another leak yesterday due to bumping a cap. And then when I took the hose off that cap it moved the other cap and that started leaking too. Sorry if it sounds like a rant but they will drive you nuts. Just wait till you get them leak free-you'll feel like you hit the jackpot.
If I'm pulling caps today I'm going out first and getting the vitron o-rings. I have another set of OEM o-rings..........but I'll spring for the better sealing o-rings.

I ordered the kit from Pensacola. At the same time I ordered the o rings from Viton. When the Pensacola kit arrive I tossed the O rings. I had one leaky cap and an ambient temp of 10f. Wearing gloves and doing fuel return lines doesn't work. So far I got away with just replacing the obvious leaky one.
After that, my newly installed GP's gave up just a few days ago (Electrical feed problem I'm sure). After messing around with one injector cap in the cold I wasn't in the mood to go messing with small screws and wires so I'm cold starting with ether. A 3 second burst and she starts first crack. (Actually she starts better with the ether) Less cranking which is good for the starter and the batteries.
My local supplier wanted $35.00 plus tax for the viton o-rings......so I ordered a pack of fifty from McMaster-Carr for six bucks. I await Mr. UPS now......
