Here are the 2002 specs:

You will find throughout that your alternator is 130 amp. No mention of any different rating with snowplow prep. This surprised me as well.
Here are the 2006 specs (my truck as an example):

You will find throughout that the alternator is 110 amp. And then on page 47 you will find the notation for a 140 amp with snowplow option.
Apparently your 2002 has a 130 amp, doesn't matter if you have the SP prep. At some later time, Ford starting downgrading the standard alt to 110, and offering a 140 upgrade, but only for the diesel.
This is IF we can believe the spec sheets.

thanks for the input....thats weird because if i type in my vin on the ford parts website my only option was 110 AMPS.......my mechanic buddy said there has always been a problem with ford only putting in 95 amp alternators.......and no markings on mine at all....
