Scuba Diving?

Does anyone know where I can find a snorkel for a 1993 150? My friend has a rig that we are trying to go diving in and was wondering where we can find one. we built one out of PVC from Home Depot and it looked really really really stupid. I have heard that there might be one for a land rover that might fit maybe??

pics of the one you built or we don't help you

Though I'd be more concerned about everything else below the intake getting wet before sucking water in. Do you have a plan for water proofing the electronics?

I think its a huge waste. If you go through water deep enough to get water in the intake youre also going through water deep enough to fubar all the electronics (as mentioned) as well as sucking water in to any unsealed oriface of every drive component of your truck.

Ive always felt its a stupid idea.

yup water in the oil and in the tranny want be long they both be gone, then the rear end will wear quick, not to mention the dizzy isnt water proof so when it gets hit with water its gonna kill the engine... and then theres water in the gas tank.... o well

That's how I get all that nasty oil out of my axles - that stuff makes everything all dirty.

thats how i wash the interior of my 88.
drive through 5 ft of water in reverse with the doors open. it flushes everything inside the cab out once you hit the brakes.
