Odometer
I swapped the gauge cluster in my 93 F250 for one that has a tach now the odometer reads 149,000+ . My truck only has 58,000 on it , I thought the mileage would be stored on the ECU or some memory board. is it stored in the speedo/odometer?

I found this out on my 91' Mind you different interior and its not electronic. But the tach speedo, and the non tach speedo are not the same. The tabs are different. I'm sure its the same with the newer ones as well.
