Help! HPOP fitting miscue!

'05 F250: After warm hard start turned to no-start, I did considerable research and got lots of advice. Sio I took out the HPOP to replace what I assumed to be a bad STD fitting. Turns out the prior owner had already had this done. So now here I sit. Could anyone give me direction on where to go next? Bad IPR? Bad Orings on the injectors? HELP!

Most likely a leak somewhere else in the HPO sys. Check standpipes/dummy plugs. There is an updated part out for these also.

Air test the system before you put it back together by removing the ICP sensor in the passenger valve cover, and FWIW--just because the fitting was already done doesn't mean it can't fail.
