Upfitter Rebate?
Wanted to see what you guys knew about this. I have a feeling I was lied to by my Ford Dealer because he didn't want to deal with it.
I bought this truck....brand new three weeks ago Monday.
And then a week later put this on it...
And now I want to know how to get this rebate.
I bought the truck in my personal name, with A-plan pricing. And the dealer registered it with Commercial plates...according to Secretary of States.
My salesman told me, I was not eligible for the rebate since it wasn't a commercial loan, and I used A-Plan pricing.
Was I lied too?

Could very well be. I don't know the specifics of it today but in the past I know it has gotten more and more stringent. 10 years ago anyone could get it if all they did is put a grille guard and a gooseneck in the truck and the cost came to over $2K IIRC, now it isn't as easy.
Did you deal with the fleet department? They are the ones that know all the ins and outs of all the rebates.

I know this has nothing to do with your issue, but I am going to order my 250 monday and was wondering if you bought those tires after you got the truck of if there is some upgrade I did not see?
