Auto Enginuity

Auto Enginuity
OK got my Auto Enginuity and I cannot run the KOEO or the KOER tests, it says that "The vehicle system is in an incorrect state" I have the stock tune in it any ideas? Also some times I get the "OBD systems readiness test not complete." noticed while reving in neutral that I have a significant miss in the 2500 RpM range as well. I have looked at the FICM voltage and it is 45 volts give or take and the fuel pressure is 645psi at idle. I had the truck reflashed the other day as I have a horriable cold drivability issue and it is still doing it after the reflash. The truck misses, surges, and stumbles for a few miles. Once warm drives fine. Also while it is cold it will buck real bad in OD. The truck has 218K on it. The cylinder contribution test showed a very slight variation on 4 and 5 at idle but nothing I would think out of the norm. When I just pull the DTC's I get P1000 OBD system readiness not complete and I also get P0603 Internal control module KAM (keep alive memory) error.

The autoenginuity gets it from somewhere. Probably the injector pressure regulator.
As far as reloading from scratch I would agree, I gave them the TSB that described my issues. I hate my local Ford dealer, they are very rude and feel like they know more than anyone else. I have a local mechanic that is able to get the flash from Ford and download it but he is trying to learn how to use the computer LOL.

I'm sure that what he is reporting as Fuel Pressure is actual Injector Control Pressure (HPOP pressure). The thing is I don't remember seeing it put that way in my AE.
So I would ask. Have you updated the AE software to the latest version. And when you start AE are you sure you are selecting 6.0L Powerstroke and the proper year? (I don't remember right now exactly how it's worded or displayed at the startup at the moment).

I would not assume its latest software. It could have been on shelf for awhile. I always go online and see if ther are updates to any software i buy.

You would be surprised. I remember I was using it on an Acura after I just downloaded a new update a couple of days before and I had called them because there was a connection issue and they said that there was going to be a new update out the next day to fix that as that was an issue with a lot of people. It wasn't that long of a stretch between the two releases and they had small incremental changes in version number as well.
So while there may not be a lot between a x.x.1 and a x.x.3, it might be a little thing like connectivity issue.
I'm not saying that's the case here, but don't dismiss it so easily just because it is a little update.
