Well my turbo seems to make a nasty "woosh" sound figured I would check all connections to the turbo up pipe and down pipe. The sound will only happen when the turbo spools up then when I let off it's a woosh sound. Turbo spools great and whistles great.
I took the up pipe clamp off and it was sealed up perfectly. No gap anywhere around the whole connection. Put the clamp back on nice and snug.
Checked my down pipe all sealed great no gap anywhere around the connection.

Classic turbo flutter concern. As described the turbo is building boost (excessively) in the charge air cooler, tubes and intake manifold that rushes back out of the intake on deceleration. This is an indication that your turbocharger is sticking or stuck. Your turbocharger requires servicing. I also want to caution you that when this condition exists on trucks with older calibrations head gasket failures are more likely to occur particularly when towing. Have this condition properly diagnosed and corrected immediately.
