cold in Ky

my heater don't work both heater hoses going and coming from my heater core are hot fan blows but no heat I'm beginning to freeze my a## off, any ideas???

Heater core is plugged, blend door is blocked so that no air is drawn over the heater core.

If both hoses are hot, the heater core isn't plugged. Yes, it's cold here, that's for sure.

I'm from Lebanon, Bronco is a 90 model with its share of problems I also have a 08 King Ranch just put new tires on it today 295-60-20 nitto terra grapplers holy crap hold on to your wallet!!!

I would check the actuator on the dash my guess would be when you move it to "hot" it is not "registering" therefore not sending air over the heater core.

here's an Idea, sell the cold bronco, use money to buy fuel for warm King Ranch, (nice truck btw).

got my heater fixed!!!!! Ain't correct but it works, apparently what ever controls the door to block airflow to the heater core broke and I kept seeing this coat hanger coming out of the glovebox, well I tried to pull it out the heater fan changed pitches. done a litte checking and found the air got warmer, the guy that owned this thing ought to have all his tools taken away!

OMG! He just rigged something up so that it worked for him and didn't fix it per the service manual with original equipment parts?!?!?!

Yeah, he should have his tools taken away, and so should alot of people if that's the standard.

That's too funny Hipockets! I know, it ain't when you're driving around in the cold, but what some people do to "fix" some problems with their vehicles is amazing! At least you now have heat!!!

I fix alot of things on my Bronco to "work for me" but then i plan to be buried with my baby. It also helps keep people from wanting to barrow it lol!

I know what you're sayin' their Buck, me too. As for people borrowing my truck, I figure it's like borrowing my wife. I don't loan it out, nor do I borrow from others!!!

Its so nice to have heat even though it has been sitting in the driveway, but I guess it will turn into my daily transportation when my super duty goes into the body shop the first of the year to put my drivers side mirror back on $1100 for ONE mirror I just about had a heart attack

1100, you could get a Bronco for that, and one with heat to boot.
