1986 460 out of 86 Ford F350. Block was bored .030 over, with new pistons and speedpro rings. Block was decked to get about 9:1 Compression ratio. Crank was ground “10/10” with all new Clevite bearings. Cam is Comp Cams, “Extreme Energy” series, great for mileage and torque. Cam was degreed to correct timing retard on 1973 and later Big block Fords. heads were mildy ported on the exhaust side, with the thermactor bosses ground off and plugged. New oil pump, water pump, fuel pump, double roller timing chain, Holley 600. I put about 5000 miles on it, and decided to switch out for a diesel. Engine runs like a dream with great torque. C6 transmission was rebuilt a few years ago and shifts perfectly. I have most of the receipts for the parts and machine work. In the next few days, I’ll be hooking it up so it can be shown in running condition. The heat riser tubes and other items could be taken off for swap into older Ford truck, or Ford Car. Will take some better pics later, a couple pics show the engine during the rebuild. Complete engine and trans. $1200 OBO Located near Houston, Texas
