1988 302 ignition problem
Hey its been a while since i been on here but my old ford let me down today of all days in the snow and freezing rain... 4 months ago i did the msd coil , rotor, dist cap and wires and timing bump ...well the icm died a month ago i got one from napa ran great til today .. drove it to work this morning and this evening it wouldnt start ... it just spinned over pulled a plug wire no spark .. in a rush i went 3 miles down road got a advanced auto icm and guess what no spark still....i know its somewhere on here in archives but after looking for 2 hours i cant find it ... how do i test ignition system and also could the ignition switch on steering coulm be bad .... any info would be great

will try spout jumper tomorrow as in power to coil ill check that to...but if spout jumper gives it spark then what ... pip ....and if coil no power ingition switch lower steering coulnm

Spout connector shown in picture right above yellow and red wires at the distributor. It disables the auto advance so the timing can be set.
