351 convertion

howdy fellers ive got a 92 1ton with a 351 w i have completely built myself when i got that bugger all she was was a cab and chassi.... now that i have reached a wopping 280,000+ miles its started to give me some issues runs like a top but after it gets warm and you shut it off there aint no starting it until tommorrow..... i have replaced intake injectors throtle body 02sensers plugs wires cap coil ign and ecm and obviously not in that order...... and have decided that its just worn out and time to build a new motor..... and for as much hell as the vaccum and injection has givin me i have decided id like to go old school carborated.... the valve cover should supply more than enough vaccum for the mastercylinder and a 650cfm carb should suck enough to run the heater controls if i run it to a coffee can first.... but i find myself with 2 problems i dont know where to go other than here...... i allready have a 90 351w block tore down and waiting for a vehicle so what better use than this BUT can i put an old intake manifold ie 79 prior on a 90 block? or did they change things to much because i know the timing cover changed quite a bit.... and can anyone tell me what kind of fuel psi a stock pump kicks out and if it is to high what ya'll would recomend i tone it down to. to be able to run a carb and keep my fuel pumps where they are and how they are....any help is appreciated thank ya kindly
