are your wheels 10.50x15"?
cause I think if they are 10.50x15" the highest you can go is 31" tires because Im wanting 33" tires on my truck but my wheels are only 10.50" wide and I couldn't find any tire that went up to at least a 33". To get higher than a 31" you gotta have 12.50"x15" tires...hope this helps, Im bout to post a thread about tires too because I gotta find me some new wheels now it sounds like

F250 should have a 16" rim I believe. Besides, there is a 33x10.5 for a 15" rim made. You've just got to shop around. I dont think this is a tire that a tire shop would regularly stock.
As far as "biggest" I can't help too much but a 33" tire should fit on a 250 without any modification. I think it depends more on what front suspension you have, along with the width and backspacing of the rim you run.
