I have a 2000 F-150 w/ a 5.4 engine. Because i enhanced my engine with a K&N filter, throttle body riser and performance chip, Can I cut off my converters without harming the engines computer system

Depending on your state, you may not be able to legally cut them off for street us. If you cut them off, you're going to set off the check engine light and you'll need the chip programmed with that in mind.
