Bad bumper paint?

I have an fx4 package on my f350.
Its one year old and it looks like it ten.the grille hardly shows the chips but the bumper is just peppered.
Has anyone else experienced this sub standard quality? Will ford do anything warranty wise?
I can literally chip it with my fingernail.

Yep,it seems pretty typical.I have an 04 with paint coming off completely. Gonna powdercoat!

no auto maker in the world offers paint protection against chips..

unless your trucks bumper was repainted befoer you bought at and you can clearly show it was, your on your own..
