Headlight Aiming
I just installed a set of APC clear healights, the same ones that come on the Lightning. Does anyone have a method or trick of the trade to aim headlights ???? I adjusted the new lights to the same settings before I installed them, but they are still off. I can get them to throw a straight beam, but I need to know approx. how far away from the truck should the beam hit the road. Any info would be appreciated......

i'm not sure what the APC heads look like but if they have the removable mounting arms like your stock ones....just swap them out and the should mount back to your origial setting. its worth a try.

what you should've done was marked on the garage door where the lights actually hit--then installed the new ones and just match them up with your marks on the garage door. I guess thats the poor man's way of doing things.
