C4 Shift Kit?

I finally found another C4 to go in my F100 while I get the time and money to have the one that is in it now rebuilt. I tested the trans before it was removed. It is a stock C4, what is the best shift kit I can get for it? I want it to have slightly firmer shifts and longer intervals between shifts than stock. Thanks.

Never used one in a Ford but have never went wrong with a B&M kit. Very complete and high quality.
