Looking for some guidance
I have recently purchased a `95 F-150 - 2WD - Full Bed - Inline Six truck and I'm looking to lift it. This will be a daily commuter with very little off road driving on it. I've been tossing around the thought of either a 4" or 6" lift with 33's on 15 inch rims.
First of all, does this sound like an ok susp. lift for this truck? Also, I'm not totally green with trucks but I'm still learning. What kind of quality susp. lift brands will last with not too much maintenence? I'd like to still be able to tow my 8x10 trailer.
Finally, can I just buy a lift kit, bolt it on and not have to worry about anything else? I've heard of people who get lockers (not sure what these are), new axles, etc.
Any help would be appreciated.
